This week we discuss criminal law and civil law, commonly referred to as tort law.  is the difference between criminal law and tort law?  Under the topic Common Criminal Laws Used in Cyberspace, we discuss three different types of crimes that specifically relate to cyberspace.  are those three types of crime and give an example of each.
