This project will allow you to reflect on yourself in your organization and at Southern New Hampshire University. You will analyze your own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from an individual perspective and then do a PEST analysis from the perspectives of the group, team, and organization as a whole. The final deliverable will be a plan with three goals and action steps that you have determined are the best fit for you academically and professionally. You will create a personal development plan : Setting Your Vision. Define what you want to get out of this personal development plan. is your vision of this plan? SWOT Analysis. The SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis will you determine more information about where your additional strengths and weaknesses lie. PEST Analysis. The PEST analysis is designed to you analyze the political, economic, socio-cultural, and technological changes in your business environment. It can also you understand the big picture forces of change as well as the opportunities that are present. Final Submission.
